Overview
Unispend is an ecommerce platform designed specifically for alternative spenders, with a focus on crypto spenders. The platform integrates popular wallet services such as Uxum, Binance, Metamask, Celo, and the company's own Chimoney wallet, enabling users to conveniently spend their cryptocurrencies just like fiat currency. Additionally, Unispend prioritizes the security and privacy of its customers by reducing the exposure of card details and other sensitive information during the shopping process.

Problem Encountered
The website had over 70% bounce rate, as users could barely navigate it especially when trying to find where to connect their wallets on the landing page before they proceeded to the platform.
On the platform there was over 50% drop off whenever users wanted to search for a product, down to the point of making payment.Also due to the arrangement of products on the platform, Users spent too much time sorting through the inventory before choosing what to purchase and found it hard to get items that were personable to them.
All of these generally affected the % of successful purchases on the platform and the success of the product.
Solution
After ample research and feedback from exiting and potential users, User personas were created which affected the way products were displayed on the platform, hence creating a personalised experience for the users. Also the website was redesigned to firstly present the CTAs of the product. Also a comprehensive and robust filter/search/sorting navigation was designed to fit all product categories and to lead users to their preferred products faster. Also a UX audit was carried out to improve the steps and evict every unnecessary screen, so that users can achieve their goals faster.


Research & Interview
Following extensive research and input from both current and
prospective users, we developed user personas that influenced
the presentation of products on the platform, resulting in a personalized user experience. Additionally, I redesigned the website to prioritize the visibility of product CTAs. I also created a comprehensive and resilient filter, search, and sorting navigation system that accommodated all product categories, enabling users to find their preferred products more efficiently. Furthermore, a thorough UX audit was conducted to streamline processes and eliminate any redundant screens, allowing users to accomplish their objectives more quickly.

Outcome
The New and Improved Sendchamp product was well recieved by our users, particularly due to the care taken to ensure workflows and processes. We found that the platffofrm was very simple and intuitive to business owners
Our Users began to trust the company more with their communication as we saw them progress from just trying our email feature on a few users to trying out our other channels on a larger bulk of users, whilst also spreading word of mouth.
The Product was functional without compromising on a modern, attractive touch. This harmonous mesh created an app that was loved by both existing and new users for its visual and functional appeal.
